Painter · Oil & Collage on Canvas
Paintings held at the threshold between skin, paint and paper.
Curatorial Note · 01
Hyperrealism used not to copy the world but to slow it down — every pore, thread and fold painted until the surface becomes a place to dwell.
Each canvas is built from oil and collaged paper, layering motherhood, memory and territory. Photograph from across the room; hand and matter, up close.

The Artist
Florencia Aise was born in Mendoza, Argentina. From childhood she felt an intense vocation, with the great masters of art as her first references. A remarkable self-taught painter, she worked through the ateliers of many artists — learning techniques, styles, tones and textures — while studying at the Faculty of Art & Design of UNCuyo, where she graduated as a Designer specialised in graphics. In 2025 she qualified as an Art Curator.
She has painted the official portraits of governors and vice-governors across three provincial administrations, alongside many portraits of major figures from world history.
She is recognised not only for the excellence of her hyperrealist technique, but for a subject matter of profound human conflict, a love of nature and a commitment to the identity of her land — together, a hymn to life.
